Attiyah's Gegenschein:
1- The gegenschein is a light produced in the Earth's magnetic tail.
2- The gegenschein is associated with the neutral sheet and current sheet of the Earth's magnetic tail.
3- The gegenschein becomes markedly enhanced when a plasmoid structure is formed.
4- The gegenschein is mainly generated via electric discharges.
5- Only very small ratio of gegenschein is solar light reflected from on the plasma of the neutral sheet, the current sheet, and the plasmoid.

What the hell is "Gegenschein" (for those not familiar with german this is more or less "counterglace" in englisch) supposed to mean??
What is a neutral sheet and a current sheet??
Wjat is a plasmoid structure??
Where the hell is your brain??

The gegenshein is a type of zodiacal light. It is a very faint glow in the night sky located opposite the position of the Sun. It is caused by sunlight reflected off of particles that tend to concentrate at one of the Lagrange points.
